Paul Condrell

Minister

Paul and his wife ran a retail business in China for over 20 years. When they returned during Covid, Paul started work on his MDiv through the competency-based DEPLOY program online through Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, IN (to be completed in 2026). Previously he earned degrees from Columbia Law School and Lawrence University (in Linguistics). He started full time at WCEC in May 2024.

Michael Battalora

Elder

Michael has served in various positions at WCEC and since 2021 has had the privilege to serve as an elder. He is married and has 3 adult children. Currently, he works as a toxicologist in the chemical industry.

Dwight Effinger

Deacon

Dwight is an IT professional at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. He has served as Deacon of the English Ministry for three years, and he runs the adult Sunday school.

Don Williamson

Youth Deacon

Don manages Customer Service for a manufacturer of scientific instruments. He has two sons in high school. He began serving as Youth Deacon in January 2025.

Jonathan Zhang

Music Director

Jonathan was raised in this church, a graduate of the University of Delaware and is employed as a software engineer at a large banking firm. He helps ensure the quality of our music and worship in both youth group meetings and Sunday services.

Ching-lie Fritz

Director of Children’s Ministry

Ching-lie graduated from South-East Asia Bible Seminary (Indonesia) in 1995. She served on Kalimantan Island for a year among the Dayak tribe, then in China for three years. She has served at WCEC as the Children’s Ministry Director since June 2014.
